
The IDA Awards were held at Bangalore on 17th of October, 2023.
The school was nominated for two categories ” Enabling Experiential Learning” and ” Creative Assessment Models and has been selected out of over 2800+ nominations from 1700+ institutions from 24 States of India and assessed by a panel of over a 100 Jury Members. Indeed a proud moment for our school.

Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School has received Brainfeed School Excellence Award 2022-23 award for Initiative and Efforts. On 5th January 2023 at Hyderabad.
Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School received India School Merit Award rewarding Excellence in Education with a Certificate of Achievement and a trophy by Education Today for being ranked 5th in Mumbai, 6th in Maharashtra and 15th in India for exemplary contribution in the field of education.
Ms. Afsaneh Randeria, Vice Principal, Foundational level and Ms. Delshad Dumasia, Vice Principal of Preparatory level received the award in Bangalore on behalf of MCET school.



An Inter-school Poetry Recitation Competition ‘Stanzas and Verses’ was organized on 9th September 2022 by Ashok Academy, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri (West), Mumbai. Six schools participated in the competition. The participants were from classes VII-X.
Our school team comprised four participants out of which 1st Ms. Atiya Khan won the 1st prize and Ms. Inayat Chadha won the 2nd prize. All four participants were awarded participation certificates.

Ms. Pranya Garg and Ms. Shravya Desai of Std. X were felicitated for their excellent academic achievement in Std. IX Final Examination 2022-2023 as the “The Times NIE Student of the Year Award” as the highest scorers. The award was founded to recognise academic excellence in the classroom.
The purpose is to reward students for their hard work and dedication leading towards an outstanding performance in academics in the school. This year NIE had partnered this award with Vidyalankar Institute.
Our Head Girl, Dharshini Iyer represented India in the FIRST tech challenge World Championship, one of the largest robotics and STEM competition in the world in Houston, Texas. Being the team captain, she brought laurels to the school MCET and the country. She also had the privilege to be interviewed by the 2-time oscar-winning director, Bill Guttentag who is making a documentary on Women in STEM and robotics.
The competition first had a FIRST India Nationals in Pune where her team won the winning alliance captain award and control award out of 40 teams. This led them to progress to the World Championship.


Ms Arsheen Namdar, Icse Batch 2022-2023 Represented India In The “Teen Miss World Culture International 2023” Held At Vietnam and is the youngest Indian to win the crown at the age of 15. She is the 1st Indian to hold this title, competing against entrants from 12+ countries across the globe.
